What is STEAM? In the education world, STEAM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math.  While some of these methodologies are integrated into the main Chanukah activities we have provided, we wanted to set apart activities designed specifically to engage these concepts.

We have provided a few STEAM activities for each of our designated age/grade cohorts. We encourage you to facilitate these activities with your child(ren) in the week leading up to and through Chanukah. You may want to swap out of the other Chanukah activities during the week for a STEAM activity or you may want to layer them together.  

We recognize that some families may have children spanning across each target group. We encourage you to take a look at each of the activities and adapt them for your family’s specific needs.
